Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to assist with the claim.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
